Your promotion has NOTHING to do with the fact that you've impressed us with the number of fucks you give about your Raid Leadership duties and EVERYTHING to do with the fact that Gerard missed the dartboard entirely and bounced his dart off Eric's computer monitor which had a donut glaze smudge on it that kinda sorta resembled your picture…
